摘要
This study corroborates earlier findings that the WISC‐R and WAIS‐R cannot be regarded as equivalent testing instruments. Replication of the authors' previous data showing that the WAIS‐R yields consistently higher scores for intellectually subaverage subjects provides further evidence that this testing artifact must be taken into account in interpreting differences in scores on the two tests.
