摘要：

Introduction: Primary angiosarcoma of the breast is extremely rare. Radiological methods have to be very nonspecific for diagnosis, being the pathology which gives the definitive diagnosis. The case of an 18 years old patient, who begins with nonspecific symptoms after their last pregnancy, is reported. The tumor in histology shows solid areas, being cataloged with histological grade II, reactive to VIII factor, CD34, CD31 and high Ki67.
