Influence of coaches in the sport outside school. The case of the city of Torrevieja

This study explores different considerations by the human resources instructing in physical and sports activities after school in the city of Torrevieja. The methodology has been followed is the quantity of the descriptive, which has used the survey. The conclusions reveal the need for more professional coaches who provide extracurricular physical and sports activities. The technician may affect adherence in sport for children, directly and / or indirectly, through their knowledge, behavior, etc.. The paper concludes with the need to go for competent human resources and that this competition is associated with social and economic recognition.
