Effect of electrochemical injection of guanidine into carbonated concrete on corrosion of the reinforcement

摘要
The study on the electrochemical injection of guanidine in carbonated concrete was conducted at cathodic current density of 2,9 A/m(2). Almost 20-fold acceleration of the inhibitor transport as well as concrete realkalization were found. The effectiveness of the inhibition of steel corrosion was estimated at about 92%.
