HYPERBRANCHED 1,4-CIS+1,2-POLYBUTADIENE SYNTHESIS BY USING NEW CATALYTIC DITHIOSYSTEMS

摘要
Bifunctional catalytic dithiosystems on the bases of dialkyldithiocarbamate cobalt in the composition with alkylauminumdichloride (or alkylaluminumsesquichloride) were developed for the one-step synthesis of hyperbranched, low solution viscosity, high molecular weight 1,4-cis polybutadiene with 20-40 % content of 1,2-vinyl bonds. productivity of these catalysts is 20-55 kg PBD/g Co.h with the yield of polybutadiene - 86-99 %. The obtained polybutadienes has branching index of 0.22-0.7 against of branching index 0.94-0.98 in the linear 1,4-cis+1,2-polybutadienes
