摘要
Although a very powerful force, globalization in its current form is primarily benefiting only a select few in more industrialized parts of the world. Some stagnating economies, especially in Sub-Saharan Africa are hardly benefiting. In this article the authors maintain that a bottom-up, rather than a top-down, globalization activity initiated by a number of entrepreneurs is a powerful approach to addressing this problem. The struggling economies must generate or nurture an entrepreneurial culture. This will take a concerted effort. (C) 2007 by The Haworth Press, Inc. All rights reserved.
