摘要
The new regulations for the inpatient field aim at strengthening the efficiency and effectiveness of inpatient treatment. The previous two-stage system for inpatient treatment has therefore been converted into a three-stage system involving the stationary accident insurance consultant procedure, the injury type procedure (VAV) and the severe injury type procedure (SAV). The aim is to steer particularly costly injury cases and those with far-reaching consequences to hospitals experienced in the SAV system. The new design of the healthcare system represents a successful stage in the organization of healthcare for the treatment of patients with accident insurance. In the future an increase in the economic efficiency of medical services will be necessary.
