摘要：

The author arrives at the conclusion that an effective struggle with the corruption done by the servicemen or with their participation is an important condition which provides not only defensive but economic security of the country, too. The article discloses general features and gives characteristics of specific kinds of military corruption. All this enables the author to word proposals on improvement of the criminal laws and their practical application.
