摘要
The Hall resistivity of (Fe//1// minus //xMn//x)//2P mixed crystals has been measured for temperatures 4. 2 K less than equivalent to T less than equivalent to 300 K and magnetic fields 0 less than equivalent to B less than equivalent to 7 T. Using magnetization data, normal and anomalous contributions could be separated; their field and temperature dependences suggest anisotropic skew scattering as the main source of the anomalous contribution and that two kinds of free carriers n, p contribute to the normal Hall effect. Ferromagnetic Curie temperature T//c and electron concentration n appear to be correlated, suggesting a positive magnetic coupling via the conduction electrons.
