摘要
A new design for piezoelectric crystals mounting is proposed. The background of the new design consists of a crystal mounting using a single holder precisely located on a reduced area of the crystal edge. In the case of high stability quartz crystal oscillator, the new design is performed to obtain reduced sensitivities versus accelerations or external pressure variations. As a result, the frequency stability is improved by cancellation of main mechanical or thermal stresses, habitually bounded to crystal mounting.
