摘要
The knowledge, ability and strategies for start-ups are vital factors which affect their competitive advantages. These authors choose 238 different start-ups in Chongqing, China as the sample of empirical research by analyzing the relationships between the factors such as knowledge, abilities and strategies of start-ups and their competitive advantages. The results show that: knowledge and ability do not have a direct impact on competitive advantage, but the enterprise strategy does; through their enterprise strategies, knowledge and abilities have the indirect impacts on their competitive advantages. And start-ups can follow this path to gain the competitive advantages: with knowledge management, start-ups can improve their abilities, then, with strategic competition, they can obtain competitive advantages.
