摘要
The work in a liaison and consultation service is characterized by an integrative therapeutic approach. The first result of such an integrative approach is that the consultation liaison field must be predominant. Secondly, the consultation field must be established and expanded as a staff-centered liaison service and not primarily as a patient-centered consultation service. The third consequence is that the hospital's medical and nursing staff must be trained.
