摘要：
Informatization is shown to be important at the regional level and influence information needs. The system of regional informatization consists of three main subsystems, including information needs, information potential, and infrastructure, which are presented in the form of a conceptual model. The existing methods for estimating informatization efficiency are considered; a hierarchic model of the system of factors used to estimate the level of regional informatization is developed.
