This article is both a syrahesis and a methodological reflection on the essential contributions of my Masters program"s thesis in Sociosemiorics, it focuses on the construction process of juvenile identities as a secondary school in the city ot Cordoba, AmtentinaSibree longstanding juvenile school groups were selected: the Submarine Group, the Students Association and the Juvenile Group and they were then interviewed in different discursive situations on the grounds of these young people's rituals. Furthermore, our research work emphasises the difficulties and possibilities of the theoretical and methodological connection between the theory of discourse analysis anti the viewpoints of ethnographic apprciach.
