摘要：
The electromagnetic wave dispersion of a waveguide, partially filled with semiconductor plasma is investigated in the case of a finite magnetic field. It is shown, that an optimal filling exists, for which there is a maximum resolution of the low-frequency plasma modes. Some coupling effects are studied. New anisotropic EH-modes are investigated. © 1990 IOP Publishing Ltd.
