摘要
This article presents an analysis and a caracterisation of the electromechanical behaviour of a travelling wave piezoelectric motor leading to a rational definition of the supply and control strategies adapted to this actuator. First, the working principle and the electromechanical characteristics are analysed. Then, the characteristics of speed variation with the loading torque and the elementary speed control modes are specified thanks to a measurement system developped in the laboratory. Besides, this test bench is useful to synthetize the equivalent electromechanical circuits characterizing the admittance of the working motor. Finally, taking into account the electromechanical characteristics and the equivalent circuits of the actuator leads to the presentation of an example of an appropriated power supply.
