摘要
High resolution infrared absorption spectra of the 1510 band of 1,4-dioxane (C4H8O2) have been recorded in a supersonic jet with diode lasers. Analysis of 136 P-, Q-, and R-branch lines of this B-type band yielded accurate rotational parameters for both ground and upper states. The Quartic distortion constants were not determinable from the data. The advantage of jet-cooling in rendering the spectrum amenable to analysis is clearly demonstrated. © 1993 Academic Press, Inc.
