摘要
There are different views on the meaning of discrimination and different views on how to attend to, one is the attention to the diversity that is based on the idea of humans with differences and singularities, where relationships are built on the differences individual, in diversity. And discrimination is established precisely in the opposite idea, that is, the fear of difference, and that fear also they are constructed different types of violence wearing the social fabric. The attention to diversity emerges from peace paradigm and are different theorists who have contributed to its construction and especially the prevention of discrimination in schools by each of the members of the school community (students, parents, teachers, managers and administrative staff).
