摘要
The article aims to analyze the Expertise Project Literacy, which makes up one of the actions of continuing education policy of the Municipal Secretary of Education in Belem. More specifically, we analyze the relevance of this training project to the work of literacy teachers, perceiving the performance results of logic and the demands of meeting targets. As a methodological base, we used the qualitative research approach, and as instruments of data collection semi-structured interview. The data were organized into categories and interpretative based on discourse analysis. We note, in the words of the teachers that the formation of Expertise Project has assigned responsibilities, in addition to working conditions provided by the education department.
