摘要
This paper comes from a biographical research about Omar's history, an Algerian adolescent who was sentenced to a Rehabilitation Process in Spain for drug trafficking. During that process different circumstances came together for him to turn his life round: when he was on probation he started working in a foster house, where he keeps nowadays (more than a decade ago), lately as an educator. This artide pays attention to some of the elements which contributed in that change. Specifically, it focuses in the Learning Environment (which is one of the main aspects in the Learning process). Educational relationship and psico-social climate emerged as two key elements in that sense. The research daims an ecological pedagogy. In any educational action is necessary to consider every element objectives, contents, methodology, etc, but also those which are part of the learning environment, since they surround the first ones and have an essential transcendence to the learning process development.
