摘要：
In the study of high-temperature superconductors the local analysis of electron structure and its alteration during the phase transition appears to be of primary interest for researchers. Such data can be obtained through indirect techniques related to contrast alteration in the scanning electron microscoe (SEM). More detailed and comprehensive data can be obtained in the process of concurrent specimen studies by means of X-ray micro-analysis.
