PARTICLE DENSITIES IN S-S AND PB-PB COLLISIONS AT RHIC AND LHC ENERGIES IN THE DUAL PARTON MODEL

摘要：
The density of charged particles in nucleus-nucleus collisions is computed in the framework of the dual parton model including the effect of multiple inelastic scattering in the individual nucleon-nucleon collisions. Numerical calculations for S-S and Pb-Pb collisions at mid rapidities are presented.
