In the name of autonomy and development: Brazil and non-proliferation, disarmament and peaceful uses of nuclear energy

The objective is to examine the positions adopted by Brazil on nuclear non-proliferation, disarmament and peaceful uses of nuclear energy in the beginning of this century.
