摘要
The aim of this study was, check that changes occur on the rate change of direction to apply specific training young players power association composed of individual work loads and jumps plyometrics,, for which you recruit players to forty Spanish youth with a mean age (17.29 +/- 0.791) in the categories preferente and autonomica. Two groups, one experimental group GEX (P+F) associated special training designed to increase power levels usually done by the club. The program was designed with specific charges on an individual (after performing an assessment to identify with the best average power to the device Isocontrol 5.2), the exercises performed were loaded hook, squat, jump loaded and jump continuous 40 - 50cm, a second group was formed called GC (F) that only made his usual work football field. The variables evaluated were: the speed change of direction at 30m (VCD30) established a significance level of p < 0.05. The end of the study results showed that the group GEX group improved statistically significantly in (VCD30), whereas in the GC group was a decrease in performance but these changes were not significant. These results lead us to the conclusion that a specific power training associated with the usual training in juvenile soccer players) significantly improves VCD30.
