摘要：
Inferior vena cava (IVC) drains deoxygenated blood from the lower limbs, pelvis, abdomen and lower trunk. Obstructive disorders of IVC leading to venous cava inferior syndrome (IVCS) may be congenital, thromboses, stenosis or the hepatica vena cava syndrome. The choice of therapeutic method depends on the diagnostic findings and their severity. This review will focus on the treatment of IVC obstructions, with a specific paragraph about percutaneous vascular access.
