EFFECT OF IRRIGATION, NITROGEN AND PHOSPHORUS ON THE PRODUCTIVITY OF RABI RATOON SORGHUM

摘要：
In a field investigation at the Instructional Farm, Gujarat Agricultural University, Junagadh, during 1982-83 and 1984-85 on rabi ratoon sorghum, a significant increase in grain and straw yield was observed with increasing levels of IW/PAN-E ratio from 0.5 to 0.9. Response to N and P2O5 was recorded up to 150 and 75 kg/ha, respectively. Highest grain yield was obtained when irrigation was scheduled at 0.9 IW/PAN-E ratio in combination with 150 kg N/ha.
