摘要：
Foot sprains and strains are as varied as the sports that produce them, and these injuries affect athletes at all competitive levels-even the weekend warrior. An understanding of how the foot's structures respond to trauma and of how to best elicit information through the physical exam can help a physician pinpoint the injury. And determining injury severity can help focus the level of treatment needed for a sure-footed return to activity.
