摘要
The good use of solar radiation, in the form of thermal energy, can be used for heating the water and thus using in different activities. A solar heating system is composed of solar collectors, thermal storage tank, hydraulic circuit and it can also have an auxiliary power source. Thus, this work aims to scale a solar used in to heat the water used in the cleaning of milking in a rural property in Tuparendi, RS. With the use of solar thermal energy it is possible to reduce electricity consumption, contributing to the sustainability of the planet and the dairy business which has a profit margin not so expressive. The energy production of the installation was calculated by the methodology "F-Chart", which contemplates each month of the year and then it was found in the market the collector that had produced the best solar fractions for the need. It was concluded that in some months of the year, the collected energy will be less than the necessary energy so it will be required the thermal support.
