摘要
Medium size silicon cluster structures between 12 and 61 atoms were systematically investigated with the semiempirical MO method SINDO1. The stabilities of the structures with and without central atoms are compared. The fullerene structure of Si60 as well as previous Si45 structures were found to be of low stability.
