摘要：
It was found in experiments in Wistar rats that an initiating role in mechanisms of development of stress-induced gastric ulcers belongs to hemocirculatory infringements due to endothelial disfunctions and activation of synthesis of endothelin-1, that decrease the protective function and cause destructive alteration of the gastric mucosa. The severity of stress-induced gastric damage depends on the reaction type of the organism. Manifestations of the pathological changes in gastric tissues were more pronounced in stress predisposed rats as compared to stress resistant rats.
