摘要：
Stoma adjustable silicone gastric banding (SASGB) was developed to reduce or eliminate the stoma size problems in some patients undergoing nonadjustable silicone gastric banding. The average weight loss from SASGB is comparable to the loss associated with other gastric restriction operations, but patients are able to tolerate a wider variety of foods. Reversal of SASGB involves a minor operation.
