摘要
Dipentafluorophenyl carbonate, well known in peptide chemistry, was found to be an effective condensing agent for the internucleotide bond formation in the synthesis of oligonucleotides by the H-phosphonate approach, as well as very convenient for the attachment of the nucleoside succinates to aminated polymer supports. Apparently it can be used in synthesis of various analogues of nucleic acids.
