摘要
Physical principles are considered for design of an element base for high-speed supercomputers. The requirements for those elements are analyzed. Physical principles to create optical logic gates are discussed. Principal attention is paid to physics of optical nonlinearities in different nonlinear media. Perspective materials are specified.
