摘要
Active carbons have a wide utilization in different fields of human activity, being used for purification of sewage, air, restoring of precious metals from industrial waste, in medicine for detoxification of human organism as well as of biological systems. Different kinds of timber serve as raw material for obtaining activated carbons. The present paper reports the experimental data concerning the use as raw material of auxiliary products from processing units of fruits and grapes. The obtained sorbent materials mere characterized from the point of view of their adsorbent properties and they are used for retention of some substances as Strychnine and Corazol. The results with active carbons are compared.
