摘要
The molecular genetic technique of DNA fingerprinting made its entry into most laboratories concerned with problems in paternity testing, identification of individuals and linkage analysis of chromosomal markers. Also to provide bird nesting and smuggling of protected species of birds of prey, DNA fingerprinting can be a precious and unequivocal tool. Descent in a white-tailed eagle family (Haliaeetus albicella), a golden eagle family (Aquila chrysaetos) and a black vulture family (Aegypius monachus) was examined in this work. Out of three examined oligonucleotide-probes only the (GGAT)(4)-probe worked well in the different raptor species. Using this probe the technique of nonradioactive DNA fingerprinting showed reliable results. This technique is effective in routine diagnosis and meets the needs of applied animal protection.
