Determination of Quality and Performance Tests of Ankara Siteler Furniture Region

This research determines the quality and performance tests of furniture, which is manufactured from wood and wood based materials, consumed within the country and exported to abroad. For this purpose, a pneumatic test machine for measuring quality and performance test was developed. The small and medium size furniture manufacturer in the Siteler region for furniture was chosen for this research. Quality and performance tests were carried out from the randomly selected manufacturers according to the national and international standards. According to the test results, specimens for furniture performance were found more than the expected levels of standards.
