摘要：

In the last few years the protection of the fundamental right to privacy bestowed by our Constitution has dramatically changed. After its most recent pronouncements, the Constitutional Court has lately set a legal precedent, which grants powers to the employers to violate that very same right as long as their company net worth is endangered (art. 38 CE).
