Applications of ICT in the new teaching model of the EHEA

In this paper we review a set of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) with significant applications to university and higher education, and particularly useful for the adaptation process to the new European Higher Education Area (EHEA). Moreover, we discuss its uses within the different teaching methods often employed in universities, and show some interesting practical applications. The right use of these technologies can facilitate the adaptation to EHEA because they relax the requirements of physical presence in many of teaching and learning activities and improve the productivity of students and lecturers.
