摘要
Evidence proves that there exists obvious influence of the climate factor on such important indirect health indexes as working efficiency and accident frequency. Adverse influence of industrial factors increases risks of catarrhal diseases e.g. pneumoconiosis, dust bronchitis and vibration diseases [3] affecting mining workers. So, the cumulative result of adverse environmental ( geographical, social and others) and technogenic factors (working conditions) leads to negative effects that are extremely visible in conditions of development of mineral resources in northern territories. In this case physical education is one the most effective way to restore health and secure operational capability and vital activity of mining engineers.
