DIELECTRIC AND PIEZOELECTRIC PROPERTIES OF SOL GEL-DERIVED BARIUM-TITANATE CERAMICS

摘要
The sol-gel process has attracted considerable interest in the fabrication of multicomponent oxide ferroelectric films, bulk powders and ceramics. Barium acetate [Ba(CH3COO)2 was first dissolved in acetic acid (CH3COOH) and then diluted with methoxyethanol (CH3OCH2-CH2OH). The as-grown powder was found to be amorphous and crystallized into tetragonal phase after firing at 750°C for 2 h. The X-ray diffraction pattern is shown.
