摘要
We synthesized styrene type (PST), methacrylate type (PMA), and phosphazene type (PPZ) polymers having tetraphenyldiaminobiphenyl (TPD) units on the side chain. Electrical, electro-chemical and optical properties were measured. The results of UV-Vis spectrum, ionization potential, and hole mobility show that the introduction of TPD into polymer side chain did not influence the optical and electrical properties so much. These polymers have high hole mobility of 0.9 similar to 7.2X10(-4) cm(2)/Vs. The EL cells using these polymers as hole transport layer showed high luminescence. Therefore, polymers having TPD on the side chain were effective as hole transport material.
