摘要:
The mathematical model and technique of practical calculation of filtration process taking into account various compressibility of cake and filtering partition was developed. Analytical solutions for pressure profiles in cake and filtering partition, as well as revised relationships for the rate of filtrate flow and cake thickness were obtained. Problems of optimization of cyclical filtration processes taking into account various compressibility of cake and filtering partition were formulated. Numerical solution of optimization problem for filter-sthickener was obtained, and comparison of specific expenditures for filtration process was perfomed.
