In the article got subsequent development of concept << financial potential of enterprise >> as aggregate of potential financial resources and profits of enterprise. The mechanism of the financial planning of increase of financial potential, based on combination of model of financial section of business plan, budgeting, prognosis financial parameters, is offered. On the basis of three factor model influence of different factors is analysed on profitability of property asset of enterprises of machine-building industry of the Kharkiv region in 2004-2010
