Outsourcing. Useful tool for business organizations

Outsourcing consists essentially in delegating the execution of one or more activities of support or support within companies in other external companies. A key aspect of the study of outsourcing is to try to link the existing relationship between the implementation of this management tool within the business environment, which is also known as outsourcing, and the improvement of profitability and productivity indices in bodies that adopt this mechanism. This paper presents the theoretical basics and the key aspects related to the implementation of the outsourcing in business organizations. Review of outsourcing-related field research, likewise addresses in order to compare the theoretical basement developed versus cases of practical reality. The fundamental purpose of the research is focused on the analysis of the managerial and economic feasibility of the proper application of the outsourcing, so it is possible to establish, on the basis of the work done, that outsourcing creates beneficial organizational and financial results, since enterprises in this way devote their best efforts to its core function, and delegate, when possible, the operations in the hands of third parties.
