摘要
This article looks at some of the research where immobilized enzymes have been used in analytical flow systems such as flow injection analysis and liquid chromatography. Due to the inherent selectivity whereby enzymes catalyse and improve analyte detection, they are finding increasing use analytically as solid phase reagents. In the field of biosensors and immobilized enzyme reactors, the incorporation and compatibility of these enzyme-based detection devices in different flow systems together with examples of their applications are presented. Future trends and perspectives on the use of enzymes as analytical tools are also discussed.
