What are the most beneficial bibliotherapy resources available for a range of client problems? Data are presented from a survey of 100 university counseling centers with regard to this question. The resulting 271-item bibliography may be used as a reference when prescribing bibliotherapy tools and/or stocking "self-help" libraries.
