摘要：
Changes in blood parameters and plasma elements of carp exposed for 14 days to diluted sewage were studied. The levels of elements in small amounts of plasma samples were also determined by PIXE analysis. Carp exposed to diluted sewage increased ammonia, glucose, Mg, Cu and Br, and decreased protein, K, Fe and Zn in plasma. It is concluded that sewage exposure causes considerable stress responses even with sufficient DO in water. PIXE for multielement analysis was also found to be quite useful even for small amounts of samples.
