摘要
The Information Technology and Communication in the field of education constitute a tool that brings a paradigm shift in the knowledge society, brings implicit social and educational challenges. This investigation showed up that influence the ICT and serve the social inclusion of the disabled population, emphasize the role of the teacher to take new learning environments and generate the need to transform his practice.
