摘要：
In the article essence of methods of estimation of efficiency of investment projects is exposed taking into account their advantages and failings, some questions of security of enterprise-borrower analysis are reflected, grounded necessity of account of terms of domestic economy and features of concrete project at the choice of tool of the mentioned estimation.
