摘要
Two applications of fuzzy decision-making in earthquake research are discussed in this paper. The mathematical model of multistep decision-making is represented first. Since there is a long way to go from the level of earthquake prediction to its practical use, we have to take decisions and countermeasures at every moment from discovering any anomaly of precursors up to their peak. Fuzzy multistep decision-making may have an important part in the process of decision-making. It can help the decision-making department make a reasonable response based on the variations of input precursors and go forward to obtain the optimum social benefit. Secondly, the fuzzy linear programming method is introduced in the research of earthquake decision-making in this paper, the relation between evacuation population and evacuation places is discussed, and the fuzzy evacuation distance is introduced in a simple form, which has a certain referential significance for the programmed evacuation after a moderate shock and making evacuation programs before a main earthquake. © 1990.
